Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any JR Classes course or using our website. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and JR Classes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JR Classes website (jrclasses.in) and enrolling in any of our courses or programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to any JR Classes batch is subject to seat availability. Fee once paid is non-refundable unless JR Classes cancels the batch before commencement. Enrollment confirms your acceptance of batch timings, centre location, and course curriculum. JR Classes reserves the right to change faculty, timings, or centre without prior notice, subject to reasonable communication.
3. Fees & Payment
Course fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment. Fees must be paid in full or as per the instalment plan agreed upon. JR Classes does not guarantee any specific exam score or college admission. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Ragging, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate expulsion without refund. Attendance and participation are essential for learning outcomes. JR Classes reserves the right to suspend or expel any student who violates the code of conduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All study material, videos, notes, tests, and content provided by JR Classes are proprietary and protected by copyright. Students may not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any JR Classes content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised distribution of study material or recordings is a violation of intellectual property law.
6. LMS & Digital Access
Access to the JR Classes LMS (Learning Management System) is provided as part of specific course packages. LMS credentials are personal and must not be shared. JR Classes may revoke LMS access if credentials are shared or misused. Digital content may be available for a limited period as specified at the time of enrollment.
7. Liability Disclaimer
JR Classes provides education services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific results, percentiles, or college admissions. JR Classes is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from exam outcomes. Information on our website is provided for general guidance only and may change without notice.
8. Privacy
We collect student information solely for enrollment, academic, and communication purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and usage.
9. Changes to Terms
JR Classes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
